Study Room Policy

Law Library Study Rooms are restricted to Law Students ONLY.

Room reservations for study rooms are made through the law library’s online reservation system.  Rooms can be reserved through this system on a first-come, first-serve, hourly basis.  Reservations can be made no more than 1 week in advance and there is a two hour limit per day.

Study rooms available for reservation through the law library include:

  • Two fourth floor study rooms (available 24/7)
  • Two basement interview rooms (available 24/7)
  • The Claudy Casual Reading Room (available 8am-5pm)
  • One second floor study room (availaible M-F, 8am-4pm)

In addition, the squash court may also be reserved through this system.

In keeping with law library policy, no food is allowed in these spaces and only covered beverage containers are allowed. The Law Library reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any food or other items that are disruptive or pose a danger to the library’s collection and to deny reservation privileges to students who disregard law library policy.
